Welcome to Imperia Football Academy.
By accessing or using https://www.imperiafootball.com/ and booking any of our football courses or private sessions (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Company Information
Imperia Football Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an Australian-based football academy that provides professional training, courses, and private sessions designed to develop football skills and athletic performance.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. Parents or legal guardians may book on behalf of minors. By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings for courses and private sessions must be made through our official website. We accept Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as payment methods. A service fee will be charged upon each checkout and included in the total amount shown before payment confirmation. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
By completing a booking, you authorize Imperia Football Academy to charge the full amount, including the service fee, through your selected payment method.
4. Inclusions and Equipment
The inclusion of kits, gear, and other amenities varies per course or session. Details of these inclusions are provided on the respective course or event roster. Imperia Football Academy reserves the right to modify or replace any inclusion if necessary due to availability or operational reasons.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time to qualify for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted manually via phone or email. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund. Please note that a service fee is included in each booking and is non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Lazio Talent ID Camp - Refunds & Withdrawals
Refunds and withdrawals for the Lazio Talent ID Camp follow a distinct policy as outlined below:
1. Withdrawals made before 14 days of Camp commencement (by 29 December 2025) are eligible for a refund, less an administration fee.
2. Withdrawals made within 14 days of commencement are not eligible for a refund.
3. If the Camp is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, participants will be refunded in full.
4. If the Camp is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. government restrictions, travel bans), participants will be refunded registration fees minus unrecoverable third-party costs.

Camp cancelled by Imperia Football Academy (e.g. failure to reach 100 sign-ups) | 100% refund | Full refund issued if the Camp does not proceed due to low enrollment. |
Camp cancelled by force majeure (e.g. pandemic, government order, coach travel restrictions) | 100% refund minus unrecoverable third-party costs | Refund issued after deduction of costs that cannot be recovered (e.g. kits, travel bookings). |

6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to 1.) arrive on time, properly dressed, and prepared for training, and 2.) follow all safety rules and instructions provided by coaches or staff. Any misconduct, unsafe behavior, or failure to comply with instructions may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.
7. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in football activities. By enrolling in a course or session, participants confirm that they are medically fit and capable of engaging in physical activity. Imperia Football Academy reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant’s condition is deemed unsafe for play.
8. Injury and Liability Disclaimer
While Imperia Football Academy maintains high safety standards, football involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. We are not liable for any injuries (minor or permanent), accidents, property damage, or losses that occur during or as a result of participation, except where caused by proven negligence on our part. Participants (or their guardians) accept full responsibility for their own safety, health, and personal belongings during all sessions and related activities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on https://www.imperiafootball.com/, including text, logos, videos, course materials, and images, is the property of Imperia Football Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
10. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected is used only for managing bookings, communication, and program administration, and is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
Photography and Media Use
Upon entering a course or session, participants may be photographed or recorded for academy-related purposes such as training documentation, marketing materials, and social media posts. These images and videos may be used by Imperia Football Academy to promote our programs and events. By participating, you (or your guardian) consent to the use of such media, unless you specifically request in writing to opt out prior to the start of the session. We will always respect requests for privacy or non-participation in photos and media.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
